NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) brings together international bartender associations from China, Macau and Singapore for Bartender 4.0 initiative.

On 7 October 2020, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed amongst three bartending associations—Association of Bartenders China, União de Bartenders e Cocktails de Macau, Association of Bartenders and Sommeliers Singapore—along with e2i as part of the ongoing Workers 4.0 programme.
The two-year collaboration will see the associations from three countries share their resources and skills to further elevate the bartending industry across the board. This includes opportunities for inter-country exchanges, Master Mixologist workshops and cocktail pairing dinners involving China, Macau and Singapore.
It marks the first of its kind in a cooperative effort within Asia and towards the development of International Bartender 4.0.
