Kings Cart Coffee pays special attention to the training and development of their staff.

Kings Cart Coffee works with e2i on several manpower initiatives and one of the more significant initiatives would be the ‘Career Conversion Programme’. This programme provides Kings Cart Coffee with greater flexibility in hiring people from different industries and supports them in providing structured training to their new hires, so as for the new hires to better adapt to their new roles.

With e2i’s support, key members of the team also enrolled and graduated from the Certified F&B Mystery Judge programme, allowing them to gain insights into consumers’ wants and preferences and how to provide excellent service.

The overarching principle is to uplift the standards of local workers and partners in the F&B industry, and e2i is glad to support companies in their manpower solutions and upskilling needs.
