Fans of Korean dramas will recognise the popular dal.komm COFFEE, a trendy coffee chain that makes a regular appearance in top Korean drama hits.
With an outlet now open at Funan Mall, the South Korean-founded café serves up Korean coffee culture in the heart of Singapore. Coffee here goes by three main categories–K1, K2 and K3, ranging from mild and chocolatey, to a citrusy brew and a deep, intense cuppa. If you like your coffee strong, try the K3 beans and balance it out in the form of a Rose Latte. The rich brew is enhanced with the aromatic rose syrup, good with a splash of milk. Purists will also love the Coffee Cube, a single large cube of frozen espresso that is melted down simply with milk for a concentrated cuppa.
For food, try the spicy Signature Ssamjang Chicken Cruffin available across all outlets. The spicy ssamjang chicken is drizzled with ssamjang sauce, sandwiched between the buttery and fluffy cruffins. The original Korean classic of Injeolmi Toast is also a must-try, featuring chewy rice cakes coated with a nutty soybean powder, then sandwiched between honey-infused slices of toast.
