Easy on the wallet and eyes, the fare at this Northside bistro doesn’t veer off too far from the typical pasta and mains, save for their Wazzas. Essentially substituting pizza dough for a buttermilk waffle that’s covered with a variety of ingredients, the four Wazza creations can be found nowhere else. One of which is the Okonomiyaki— sharing only the same sauces as its namesake— comprising mozzarella, tuna flakes and fried tamago. The waffles can also be enjoyed as a sweet treat with ice cream or get a Frutti Fizz with raspberry, lychee, mint and orange juice, to sip on instead.
